Terms & Conditions

1. The basics

These Terms & Conditions cover your use of noy-law.com and every game on it (the "Service"), run as Noylaw ("we", "us"). Using the Service or opening an account means you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or over.
• You must live in the United Kingdom.
• One account per person.

We ask you to confirm your age when you arrive and when you join. If we believe an account belongs to someone under 18 or outside the UK, we'll close it and delete its data.

3. Free play, not gambling

• Coins are given free: when you join, through the daily deal and inside games.
• Coins, XP and ranks have no monetary value and can't be sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn.
• We may change coin amounts, XP rules or ranks, or reset balances, at any time.
• Winning in our free games doesn't mean you'd win at real-money gambling.

4. Your account

Every game can be played as a guest. If you open an account you agree to:

• give accurate details and keep your email address up to date;
• keep your password private and not share the account;
• tell us straight away via the contact form if you think someone else has used it.

Accounts are created and checked on our server. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, and five wrong attempts pause log-in for 15 minutes. If you log in with Google, Google's terms also apply to that step.

5. Our games

Every game is our own and loads from our servers inside the page. We work to keep them online and running well, but can't promise they'll always be available, error-free or unchanged. If a game malfunctions, the round is void and we may correct balances.

The artwork, names, code, text and Noylaw brand belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy, frame, scrape, reverse-engineer or redistribute them.

6. Fair play

You must not:

• use bots, scripts or exploits to play or collect coins;
• try to access other accounts, our server files, logs or systems;
• disrupt the security or running of the Service;
• send abusive, unlawful or misleading messages through our forms;
• use the Service for commercial purposes.

Breaking these rules can lead to suspension or closure of your account and loss of its coins and progress.

7. Breaks and leaving

Delete your account any time from My account, which removes it from our server immediately. Player Care can also arrange a break, limits or deletion. See Responsible Play.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, if the law requires it, or if we stop running the Service.

8. Liability

The Service is free and provided "as is". Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales. Otherwise we aren't liable for lost coins, progress or data, interruptions, or indirect or consequential loss.

9. Other services

Google Sign-In and any external websites we link to, such as support charities, are run by others under their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for their content.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and significant changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the update.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also use your local courts.
