About us

Top Platforms UK is an independent guide published on noy-law.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit or contact us. Email: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Messages: name, email and message if you use the contact form.
  • Delivery records: when a message was sent and whether it arrived, stored securely on our server.
  • Server logs: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, kept by our host for security.

No payment details and no user profiles.

How it's protected

The contact form is processed on our server and sent to our team by encrypted email. Messages and records are kept in protected server folders that can't be opened from the web. Nothing you send appears in the page or in browser storage.

Why

To reply to you and keep the site secure (legitimate interests).

Sharing

Only with our hosting and email delivery providers, or authorities where the law requires. We never sell data. Platform links lead to their own websites and privacy policies.

Retention

Messages and records are deleted within 12 months.
